Results are currently published via my Data Monster Blog - follow progress on my (hopefully) decreasing weight and body fat, increasing fitness, increasing running distance, decreasing heart rate and decreasing measurements...

I use a Tanita BF-626W to measure both my weight and body fat.

I use the Rockport Walking test to measure VO2max.

I generally use WLR's
database to calculate calories eaten.

I use Polar heart rate monitor M52 to calculate heart rate and calories burned during exercise.  On my wish list is the S610i which gives lots more info.

And anyone who read's my blog knows how much I love my Garmin Forerunner 201, for measuring speed and distance when I'm running...
