Bio: I'm a career engineer, about to embark into the murky world of business management (studying an MBA).
Interests: Apart from the day job I am fascinated by nutrition and fitness. I am constantly trying to lose a few lbs of fat, but life keeps getting in the way.
When I'm focused I run, lift weights and practice yoga and try to eat cleanly (high fibre, low sat fat, moderate protein, low GI carbs).
When I'm not so focused I drink red wine, eat olives, cheese and nuts and cook lots of curries.
